This intimate Berkeley Hills wedding was such a great experience for me and especially for Michelle and Xavier. I had never been to the Berkeley Hills before and the natural backdrop did not disappoint. Tucked away in the hills of the East Bay, Berkeley Hills is a little oasis of redwood trees, narrow streets, stunning homes, and views of the bay. M and X were married in the backyard of their good friends who had a backyard that had landscape architecture to die for.
We started the day at The Claremont Club-Fairmont in Berkeley where Michelle and her bridesmaids stayed the night. When I arrived they had already popped the champagne and were celebrating in their dresses. We walked around the property and took bride portraits, and bridal party pictures.
We then moved to the home where the wedding would take place and took pictures of the groom and his children. And of course, I took pictures of all the little details. There was a string quartet playing pop music giving real Bridgerton vibes. Check them out https://www.bayareastrings.com/
The first kiss
We snuck away for some couples photos; the backyard garden was so perfect for their pictures.
